话聆AI 是一款为理性内向的人（i 人）打造的 AI 聊天辅助工具。你可以上传微信/QQ 的聊天截图，AI 会帮你分析对方的言外之意，并给出多套自然、不油腻的回复建议，覆盖脱单聊天、恋人沟通、恋爱挽回、工作社交等场景。

HualingAI is an AI-powered chat assistant built for quiet, thoughtful people. Upload a screenshot of your conversation and the AI analyses what the other person means, then suggests several natural, non-cheesy ways to reply — across dating, relationships, reconciliation and workplace scenarios.

1. 打开 App，选择你当前的沟通场景（脱单聊天 / 恋人沟通 / 恋爱挽回 / 工作社交）。
2. 上传聊天截图，或直接输入对方发来的消息。
3. AI 会给出对话分析和多条可选回复，挑一条你喜欢的，复制发送即可。
4. 如果建议不合心意，可以补充说明你和对方的关系或背景，再让 AI 重新生成。

1. Open the app and pick the scenario that matches your situation.
2. Upload a screenshot of the chat, or type in the message you received.
3. The AI explains what's going on and offers several replies — copy the one you like.
4. Not quite right? Add context about your relationship and ask it to try again.

订阅通过 App Store 完成扣款，具体价格与周期以 App 内购买页面显示为准。订阅会自动续期，如需取消，请在到期前至少 24 小时操作：

1. 打开 iPhone 的「设置」，点击顶部你的 Apple 账户名称；
2. 进入「订阅」，找到「话聆AI」；
3. 点击「取消订阅」即可。取消后仍可使用至当前订阅周期结束。

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store; current pricing and terms are shown on the purchase screen in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically — to cancel, do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your Apple Account at the top;
2. Tap Subscriptions and select 话聆AI;
3. Tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period.

通过 App Store 购买的订阅由 Apple 统一处理退款，我们无法直接代为操作。请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，使用你的 Apple 账户登录后选择对应订单申请退款。

Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple, so we're unable to process them directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and select the purchase in question.

Your privacy matters to us. Content you upload is used only to generate the analysis and reply suggestions for that conversation. We do not sell it or share it with unrelated third parties, and data is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

你可以在 App 内的设置中申请注销账号。如果没有找到该入口，请通过下方反馈表单或客服邮箱 zhuqifan@hualingai.com 联系我们，并注明你的注册账号。我们会在核实身份后 7 个工作日内 删除你的账号及相关数据。

请注意：账号注销后数据将无法恢复，未使用完的订阅权益也将失效。

You can request account deletion from the settings screen inside the app. If you can't find it, contact us via the form below or at zhuqifan@hualingai.com with your registered account, and we'll delete your account and associated data within 7 business days of verifying your identity.

Please note: deletion is permanent, and any remaining subscription time will be forfeited.

First try: check your network connection → fully close and reopen the app → check the App Store for an update → restart your device.

If the problem persists, contact us using the form below and include your device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14 / iOS 17.5), the app version, the steps that trigger the issue, and a screenshot if possible. This helps us track it down much faster.

Yes. Adding more context — your relationship with the person, what led up to the conversation, and what you're hoping for — usually improves the suggestions considerably. The app also learns your tone over time.

If a particular kind of situation consistently gives poor results, please send us the example through the form. This kind of feedback is genuinely useful for improving the model.
